誠摯恭喜 VIS 12 年級學生 Chelsea Wang 憑藉她對時尚、藝術與設計的長期熱情與投入,成功錄取多間世界知名時尚學府,為夢想開啟通往國際舞臺的大門!
Congratulations to VIS Grade 12 student Chelsea Wang on her admission to multiple world-renowned fashion institutions, including:
Istituto Marangoni
International Fashion Academy, Paris
ESMOD (École Supérieure des Arts et Techniques de la Mode)
Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti (NABA)
Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT, New York)
Chelsea will be pursuing Fashion Product / Fashion Product ManagementIstituto Marangoni in Milan, where she has also been awarded a €5,000 scholarship.
Widely regarded as one of the world's leading fashion institutions, Marangoni is uniquely embedded within the global fashion industry, offering students direct exposure to fashion weeks and market dynamics under know luxury brands.
It offers an interdisciplinary program that integrates fashion design with business strategy, equipping students to navigate design, branding, and market positioning. This choice reflects her growing commitment to becoming not only a designer, but also a strategic thinker within the fashion industry.
During her time at VIS, Chelsea has consistently demonstrated a multi-dimensional approach to learning. Through PBL work, she has delved into fashion as a form of artistic expression, and as a system shaped by branding, consumer behavior, and market forces. She is currently the Founder and Creative Director of a Taiwan-based leather apparel brand, where she works closely with the local leather industry to develop culturally grounded, design-forward collections. Her work spans product development, supplier sourcing, and brand positioning, translating Taiwanese craftsmanship into contemporary luxury narratives.
Beyond design, Chelsea has actively built experience in market analysis, business strategy, and product development, and has contributed to multiple fashion ventures across different target segments. Her ability to navigate both creative and commercial domains has already led to professional recognition, including paid roles in consulting and product strategy.
In addition, Chelsea has remained deeply engaged in debate and communication, serving as both a coach and judge. Her strength in critical thinking and negotiation continues to shape her perspective, further proving that she is defined not by aesthetics alone, but also by her analytical rigor and strategic voice.
Once again, congratulations to Chelsea Wang. We are extremely proud of her, and are confident that she will continue to redefine what it means to be a fashion professional and continue to bridge creativity and commerce.
