NTU Science lab

A cell is the smallest unit of an organism and is responsible for independent biological activity. We learned about microorganisms in our previous Lab class. They consist of relatively few cells and are more primitive organisms.

Have you ever observed mold seemed growing from nowhere not long ago and wondered where this stuff came out and how they multiplied? We learned in lab class about their origins, the function of cells. A needle was used to pick up fungus, inoculated it onto a 10cm Petri dish.

One week later, we could observe the growth of the cells and how they divided. Finally, we made a model of cells see how energy was generated in a cell and the process of cell division. We are multicellular organisms that comprise many cells and are connected to them.
