Our senior high school students and dedicated teachers embarked on an exciting field trip to Century Empire, where they participated in a variety of thrilling activities such as paintball, rock climbing, mountain fitness training, and rope courses. The day was filled with laughter and teamwork as students bonded with their peers and teachers through exhilarating paintball matches.

We also embraced the importance of taking a break from digital devices with a special lunch session without phones—promoting a much-needed digital detox! This allowed everyone to connect and enjoy each other’s company without distractions.

To wrap up the day on a high note, we gathered for a lively karaoke session where everyone sang their hearts out, creating unforgettable memories together.

上週五的校外教學，VIS的高中學生和老師們前往雷朗極限探索園區，參與了各種刺激的活動，如漆彈、攀岩、山訓體能訓練和鋼索挑戰。整天充滿了笑聲和團隊合作，學生們通過刺激的漆彈比賽與同儕和老師們建立了深厚的聯繫。

我們也重視暫時遠離數位裝置的重要性，安排了特別的無手機午餐時光，推廣急需的數位排毒！這讓大家能在無干擾的情況下連結並享受彼此的陪伴。

為了讓一天以高昂的氣氛結束，我們舉辦了一場熱鬧的卡拉OK活動，大家盡情歌唱，創造了難忘的回憶。
