Dear VIS artists,

Are you ready to showcase your creativity and inspire others with your artistic vision? We are thrilled to invite all current students, VIS alumni, and staff to be part of the 2025 VIS Art Fair!

Event Dates: June 30 – July 4, 2025
Location: VIS Xingyuan Building
Daily Hours: 10:00 AM – 3:30 PM

- Show Your Creativity!
There are no theme limits, so let your imagination run wild! Whether you paint, sculpt, photograph, design models, or create in any other form, we want to see your artistic vision come to life.

- Fair Highlights
All artworks will be displayed in a gallery-style format.
Artists are encouraged to engage with visitors and discuss their works (but attendance is optional—you can still exhibit without being present).

Key Dates to Remember:

- Feb 12 – Apr 10: Sign up now! https://forms.gle/4wnV66S7uf5xd7Cs7
- Apr 23: Submit artwork concepts and initial equipment rental requests
- May 27: Progress updates, final artwork details, and rental confirmations
- June 26–27: Installation days
- June 30, 10:00 AM: Opening Ceremony (Mandatory for all artists)
- June30-July 4: Fair days—join us and engage with visitors!
- July 4, 3:30 PM: Dismantling day (Artists must attend or arrange help)

- 6月30日 – 7月4日 ：展覽期間（參展藝術家可自由出席與觀眾互動）
- 7月4日 3:30 PM：展覽撤展日（參展藝術家需親自或指派協助者）
