昨日 Chancellor Richard Huang 在柏林拜會駐德國代表 謝志偉 大使，交流歐洲民主發展歷程、冷戰歷史與當代國際教育的交集。Chancellor Huang 代表 VIS 國際實驗教育贈送《Discover Taipei》新書 20 本，分享台灣青年對自由、民主與人權的思辨與行動。

在柏林這座見證圍牆倒塌的城市，特別感受到臺灣與國際社會共享普世民主價值的重要性。

It was an honor to meet Ambassador Shieh in Berlin to discuss the history of European democratization, the Cold War, and the role of international education. On behalf of VIS, Chancellor Richard Huang presented Discover Taipei and our student publications as expressions of how young people in Taiwan engage with the global values of freedom, democracy, and human rights.

In this city where the Berlin Wall once stood, we are reminded that these values must be continuously upheld and shared.
