Chinese New Year is just around the corner! 

Last week, VIS teachers and students came together to write traditional Spring Couplets, a cherished custom that symbolizes blessings, hope, and new beginnings. 

The workshop was guided by Ms. Zhen Yi Wang, a contemporary calligrapher and art educator, who introduced the structure and artistry behind each stroke. Everyone immersed themselves in calligraphy techniques and the cultural significance behind this tradition. 

As we step into the Year of the Horse, we celebrate the spirit of energy and "forward momentum" it represents. 

農曆新年將至！

上週， VIS 師生一同參與書法春聯工作坊，在墨香之中迎接新歲。春聯作為年節習俗，寓意納福迎新、萬象更新，寄託人們對未來的期許。

活動由現代書法藝術家及藝術教育者 王貞懿老師 親自指導，從筆畫結構到書寫美感，深入淺出地引領大家體會書法之道。師生們沉浸於技法練習之餘，也一併認識春聯背後深厚的文化底蘊。

值此馬年佳節來臨之際 ， VIS 也藉此共賀其所象徵的奔放活力與一往無前的進取精神，為新的一年揭開充滿動能的序幕。
