We are beyond thrilled to announce that Mandy Chang, a Grade 12 student at VIS, has been accepted into the prestigious Pratt Institute for its Bachelor of Fine Arts in Fashion Design program, starting in Fall 2025!  Adding to this incredible achievement, Mandy has also been awarded the Presidential Merit Scholarship totaling $108,000 USD, granting her $27,000 per year throughout her studies.
