我們繼續帶大家繼續回顧 VIS 國中部在 #雷朗極限探索 的各項挑戰。學生在每一運動項目中不僅鍛鍊體能，更強化了溝通與合作解決問題的能力。

手足球挑戰
你是否玩過手足球桌？當遊戲從桌面搬到現實，挑戰也隨之升級。在雷朗的手足球場中，學生分組進行比賽，並遵守「手不碰球」的規則進行攻防。場上節奏緊湊、氣氛刺激，唯有清晰的溝通與團隊默契才能在瞬息萬變的局勢中占上風。

攀岩體驗
攀岩是對體力與意志力的雙重考驗。本次活動中，每一個班級皆挑戰這項高難度運動。教練細心指導讓學生學會正確配戴安全裝備，也逐步掌握如何運用身體重心，以更有效率的方式向上攀爬。

在 VIS，我們重視的是過程中所培養的韌性與團隊精神。在這樣學習過程中學生得以將課堂之外的能力內化為面對未來的重要資產。
感謝本次同行的老師們，以及園區教練的專業引導與支持，讓學生在安全且充滿挑戰的環境中，盡情探索自我、超越自我。

We continue our lookback at different challenges students did during their visit to #Century Empire in Bali. Students not only improved their physical fitness in each sport but also strengthened their communication and problem-solving skills.

Foosball
Have you ever played foosball before? When the game is brought to life-size, the challenge is upgraded. At Century Empire's foosball field, students were divided into groups to compete, while the rule of "no hands touching the ball" still applies, just like the table game itself. The game was really fast-paced and exciting; only clear communication and teamwork could give them the upper hand in the ever-changing situation.

Rock Climbing
Rock climbing deals with both physical strength and endurance. Every class challenged themselves with this sport under careful guidance from coaches. Students were able to learn how to properly wear safety equipment and how to use their body weight more efficiently to climb.
At VIS, we value the resilience and teamwork. Students are encouraged to internalize skills acquired outside the classroom.
