We are proud to celebrate the remarkable accomplishment of Lianne, a Grade 7 student from our Junior High School, who recently earned Runner-Up (2nd Place) at the ADL Invitational for NSDA Taiwan Members 2026 English Debate Tournament! 

Organized under the framework of the National Speech & Debate Association (NSDA), one of the world's most respected speech and debate organizations, the competition brought together talented students from international and bilingual schools across Taiwan, creating a highly challenging and competitive environment.

Throughout the tournament, Lianne demonstrated exceptional English communication skills, sharp critical thinking, persuasive argumentation, and impressive confidence under pressure. Her achievement reflects both her language proficiency and her ability to analyze complex issues, think on her feet, articulate ideas effectively, and engage in meaningful intellectual exchange.

Debate is a platform that cultivates leadership, collaboration, and the confidence to advocate for one's ideas. Securing second place among such a strong field of competitors is a testament to Lianne's dedication, perseverance, and passion for learning.

我們很高興與大家分享，國中部七年級學生 Lianne 近日參加了 「ADL Invitational for NSDA Taiwan Members 2026」 英文辯論賽事，並榮獲 亞軍（Runner-Up / 2nd Place） 的優秀成績！

NSDA（National Speech and Debate Association）為國際知名的英文演講與辯論組織，本次比賽聚集了來自台灣各國際學校與雙語學校的學生共同參與，是一場競爭相當激烈的英文辯論賽事。

在比賽中，Lianne 展現了優秀的英文表達能力、邏輯思辨、臨場反應與自信台風，充分展現出國中部學生勇於挑戰自我、積極學習的精神。
辯論不只是英文能力的展現，更需要學生具備分析問題、快速思考、清楚表達觀點以及團隊合作的能力。能夠在如此高強度的比賽中獲得亞軍，實屬難得，也值得大家一起喝采！
