Mr. Clement Chan, the founder of Columbia International College (CIC), the Canadian partner school of VIS, and Mr. Ken Withers, the director of university student recruitment of the University of Toronto (UofT), specially arranged a visit to Taiwan to deliver an academic lecture to VIS parents and students.
