In Mr. William Openshaw’s Python coding class at VIS, there’s a special collaboration with Mr. Marcus Larsen-Strecker’s Interpretation class! Students from Mr. Openshaw’s class demonstrated their Python projects, presenting them in English. Subsequently, Mr. Larsen-Strecker’s students interpreted and presented the information again in Chinese.
This unique partnership not only showcases the students’ technical skills but also enhances their language proficiency and communication abilities. By bridging the gap between coding and language interpretation, students gain a deeper understanding of their projects and learn to convey complex ideas across different languages.
