PE Recording (30 Sumo Squat Side Bends)

We've been assigning the students a 5-minute exercise during break time every afternoon since last week. This is to give them a break from looking at their computers and stretch their bodies. Two days ago, they had to do an exercise called the Sumo Squat Side Bend, and many of them didn't know how to maintain a stable upper body. As a result, they looked like they were dancing the Seaweed Dance (海帶舞). While it's entertaining to watch, we will put focus on improving core muscles next week to prevent students from injuring themselves.
