The development of near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) systems has become increasingly important. NIRS systems can measure the concentration of compounds, making NIRS systems a valuable tool for investigating the biochemical field.

One important application is in the development of phantoms, which are used to simulate the properties of biological tissue.

Improvements in NIRS systems and phantoms have the potential to significantly advance biomedical research. These advancements can help drive progress in fields such as disease diagnosis, drug development, and personalized medicine.

Honors Program同學們在 大學教授 指導下，在校內及各大學實驗室進行專題研究，同時閱讀經典著作，領域橫跨分子生物學、醫學工程、經濟、歷史、哲學和國際關係等。
