VIS國際實驗教育與 台大生技中心 合作，每週固定安排同學前往台大進行生物實驗課，透過特別規劃專為高中同學設計之 生物技術實驗課程，除能 動手操作學習相關實驗技術，亦能對跨領域學習生物技術者有所助益。課程設計由基礎儀器、實驗工具操作開始，進而學習基本專業操作技術。

實驗內容涵蓋 微生物培養、DNA、蛋白質 等生物巨分子的萃取、分析，並於課程中穿插介紹最新之應用現況與生技專題演講，每學期成果發表後將核發 台大修課證明。

This week we learned about the theory and practice of using a microscope. We tried to find random items from our personal belongings to be examined under the microscope. We checked various lens types and learned how to operate the microscope properly.

We have learned: always start with the lowest magnification lens (4X) before moving on to the next medium magnification level (10X). Lastly, we then used the highest magnification lens (40X) for more detailed images.

We observed various samples, for example, ink, hair, paper, tissue, bacteria, fabric, and dust under the microscope.
