This morning, the VIS JHS basketball team had our first friendly game. Please give a round of applause to our boys! With only a few practices and limited players, we fought hard against their 16 players with full-court pressure defense for 40 minutes. It was a great game.

Although the result wasn’t what we expected, every ball we fought for on the floor shows that we’re not giving up; every high-five encourages each other; every talk helps us adjust immediately; and every team shout represents the positivity during difficult situations. There is no “I” in the team, only “us”. I believe our first win is coming soon!

今天上午VIS籃球隊男孩們迎來了第一場友誼賽事，請大家為這些大男孩們喝采!

籃球隊練習時間與人員調度十分有限，再加以對方16人輪番上陣、全場緊迫盯人，我們仍盡力打出了一場好球。

雖然結果不盡如意，但每一顆球的爭搶背後是他們不放棄的精神，每一次的擊掌是他們給彼此的鼓勵;每一次的場上溝通都讓彼此快速進步,而每一次的喊聲代表著他們正面積極的態度。在他們的身上看到了不分你我、共患難的團隊精神，相信我們很快就會迎來我們的第一個”W”。
