This week the Honors Program was very lucky to have Professor Chang-Ya Hu from National Chengchi University come and speak to the group.

Her talk invited the students to take a step back from the deep-dive of their research and look at the crafting a meaningful research topic. She anchored her presentation in a recent news article on workplace culture for cops in Taiwan.

Students fervently discussed this topic, and are becoming more and more clear about their research direction, all thanks to Professor Hu’s guidance!
