Today Mr. David Lo guest lectured during our economics class. As an economics major himself, Mr. Lo spoke about how things have changed since his studies and how it helped him throughout his career in the banking industry.

During the class, we spoke about how growth in economies around the world have differed in response to the global pandemic and how this has affected automation. We also discussed how underground economics work and wealth gaps.

It was a great experience for our students to ask questions and learn about the real-world implications for subjects they are learning in class. We extend a heartfelt thank you to Mr. Lo for coming into VIS and sharing such valuable information!
